    　　磷酸盐结合高铝砖是一种免烧砖。利用半干法机压成型和热处理制成的高铝砖。其原料采用致密的特级铝矾土熟料，浓度为42.5%~50%的磷酸为结合剂。热处理温度为400~600℃。根据使用要求，配料中加入蓝晶石、硅线石、叶腊石、硅石能够防止磷酸盐砖在使用过程中体积收缩;以基质的形式加入电熔刚玉、莫来石能够提高荷重软化温度和抗侵蚀性。

    　　磷酸盐高铝砖的特性：

    　　1)耐高温。

    　　2)常温和高温强度高，耐磨性优良。

    　　3)耐急冷急热，抗热震优良。

    　　4)耐化学侵蚀性好。

    　　5)缺点是荷重软化温度偏低，限制了它的使用范围。
